1. Application of EPM-NEZ JSC Novocherkassk.
2. Purpose of work
Replacement of 0.4 kV cables laid open on the overpass and broken during operation to ensure reliable power supply to the fire-fighting pumping pump, from the material of the contractor.
3. Deadline
Start of work July 2020
Completion of work August 2020.
4. The contents of the repair work
4.1. To dismantle the failed cable lines from TP 19 to SP-1 of fire-fighting pumping and from TP 19A to SP-2 of fire-fighting pumping.
4.2. To lay two strands of the AVVG 4x70 cable route (multi-core) from TP 19 to SP-1 of a fire-fighting pumping station and from TP 19A to SP-2 of a fire-drinking pumping station along the existing cable overpass, 250 meters each.
4.3. Disconnect the cable lines in TP 19, TP 19A, SP-1 and SP-2 fire-fighting pumping station.
4.4. Lifting mechanisms for dismantling and installation, equipment, tools, mechanisms for loading and unloading are provided by the Contractor. Motor vehicles for the removal of garbage, scrap metal or other waste are provided by the Contractor.
4.5. Electric welding, gas cutting equipment, consumables are provided by the Contractor.
5. Requirements for the Contractor
5.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
5.2. To clarify the conditions of work, familiarization with the object is desirable
arrival of representatives of the Contractor to the Customer.
5.3. The contractor in his commercial proposal indicates the payment procedure
and other conditions.
5.4. Certification of the head, engineers and industrial safety performers and
labor protection at the OSE in accordance with Appendix No. 1.
5.5. Provision of HSE measures, safe methods of work at the facility.
5.6. After completion of work, the contractor transfers the executive
documentation according to RD-11-02-2006 dated 12/26/06. and other regulatory documents.
5.7. Warranty coverage for at least 24 months.
Employees involved in the performance of work must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the work with a mark on the special certificate of training and exams in the certification commissions.
6. Work safety
When performing repairs, the contractor must comply with the following rules:
- Rules for labor protection during the operation of electrical installations;
- Rules for the technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- Safety rules for hazardous production facilities that use lifting facilities;
- Rules for the installation of electrical installations;
- Fire safety regulations;
- Rules for labor protection when working at height POT RM-012-200;
- The rules of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other standards in force in the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for human life and health.
To perform the work, the contractor must undergo an introductory briefing. All work performed on the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC must be carried out in accordance with the provision "On the use of tolerance orders in the work of increased danger at EPM-NEZ JSC".
Comments: The participant who participated in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obligated to upload the following documents to the system:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.

10. Requirements for the Contractor:
- Permitting documents (SRO, licenses, admissions).

- The presence of medical admission of personnel to work at the public educational institution.
—Before the execution of the work permit permit, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming that the contractor has a labor protection service and / or labor protection specialist (order of appointment to the contractor, certificate of labor protection specialist) or the presence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
