Industrial batch furnace for graphite fired workpieces. The panel-frame type furnace conventionally consists of 3 parts: a system of air supply and exhaust flues, a monolithic w / w foundation with channels, grooves and recesses and an aboveground part of 4 halves.
4. The purpose of the work:
Carrying out work on the restoration of all elements of the furnace – the hearth, ends, side and intermediate walls of reinforced concrete blocks, as well as the restoration of the foundation plate and SCP

7. Requirement to the contractor:
7.1 Repair works are carried out from the Customer's materials.
7.2 Working in the conditions of an operating enterprise. The operating mode of the enterprise is round the clock
7.3. Exposure to harmful factors is possible: dustiness, gas contamination.
7.4. The work is carried out on the territory of an operating enterprise with the presence of one or more of the following factors in the work area
- cramped conditions for storing materials;
- operating technological equipment;
- technological transport movements
7.5. Development of PPR and technological maps for all necessary work.
7.6. The Contractor must have the necessary production and human qualified
resources to perform this work. Have the certification of the head, ITR and workers on
industrial safety, copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (order on
appointment to a position in a contracting organization, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or
the presence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services, as well as the presence of a medical permit
7.7. Availability of SRO for these types of work.
7.8. Availability of machines and mechanisms to perform the entire complex of work.
7.9. The Contractor's personnel must have and use personal protective equipment.
7.10. In case of comments to the staff on the quality of work performed, violation of safety regulations, as well as administrative violations, upon request
The Contractor is obliged to replace the Customer's specialists immediately.
7.11. The work performed with poor quality must be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the Customer.
7.12. The placement of workers employed to perform this work is carried out by the Contractor.
The customer, if possible, can arrange the placement of workers on a contractual basis.
7.12. Development and approval of linear repair schedules.
8. Payment terms: monthly, within 30 (thirty) banking days after the delivery
of the results of the work, provided that the work is done properly and within the agreed time. The works are considered completed after the Parties have signed the Act of acceptance of the completed works (form COP-2) and a certificate of the cost of the completed works and costs (form COP-3).
9. Terms of work: 06/15/2022 – 10/15/2021. (4 months). The beginning of the work is agreed with the Customer additionally.
10. Warranty obligations for the work performed: 24 months from the date of completion of the work, for each of the repaired objects.
11. The transfer to repair and acceptance of equipment from repair is carried out in accordance with the REGULATIONS approved at EL6 Novocherkassk.
12. Repair of the furnace is carried out in the operating workshop. The repair schedule is coordinated with the workshop (CGE) and the plant services (UM, EU).
13. The list of documents provided to OTB EGOICHI for registration of work permits for the production of works by contractors:
Prior to registration of the work permit, the Contractor is obliged to provide
To the customer the following documents:
1. a copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
2. copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (an order of appointment to a position in the contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the presence of
contracts with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
3. a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
4. POR or PPR or RTI;
5. a copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
6. copies of certificates of certification of ITR for labor protection and general requirements
industrial safety. When performing work on gas, on pressure vessels, using GPM, in electrical installations, fire works
7. copies of certificates for each type of work;
8. medical admission of personnel;
9. copies of certificates of gas and electric welders, slingers, crane operators, lifts (towers). For gas and electric welders, copies of PTM certification protocols.
The Contractor notifies the Customer of the fulfillment of all the specified conditions in writing with the attachment of all supporting documents. Failure to comply with the terms of this clause by the Contractor entitles the Customer to prevent the Contractor from
the execution of works, the delay in the execution of works in this case is the fault
Contractor.
14. Note:
- Delivery of material from the warehouses of EL6 Novocherkassk to the place of work, garbage removal (non-slagged refractory bricks, graphite, scrap metal, etc.) to the storage sites located on the territory of EL6 Novocherkassk is carried out by the Contractor's transport.
- Garbage removal of all categories, to landfills for receiving industrial waste located outside the territory of EL6 Novocherkassk (garbage removal at a distance of 7km. to 30km.) is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, upon prior request of the Contractor. - The costs of waste disposal of all categories at the landfills receiving industrial waste located outside the territory of EL6 Novocherkassk are carried out at the expense of the Customer.
- Overhead cranes for work on furnaces are provided by the Customer, the bridge operator
the crane is provided by the Contractor to perform the work.
- Work in an existing workshop. It is forbidden to carry out repair work on the furnace if nearby
the standing furnace is located in the company (the process of graphitizing workpieces) plus eight hours after the end of the company of the nearby furnace.
