Payment terms:Possible 25% advance payment of the total amount of the contract
Delivery terms:to ensure supplies, instruments and devices for the production of technical service and repair of reefer containers is carried out fully the forces and through the Executive Director.
Spare parts for execution of the works is carried out by and at the expense of the performer, but only with the written agreement with the customer.
Georeferencing:Republic of Sakha /Yakutia/, Tomponsky ulus Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Tomponsky district, GOK "Nezhdaninsky" (577th km of the Federal highway "Kolyma" plus 100 km to GOK "Nezhdaninsky").
Comments:
1. More info about the query described in the accompanying letter, the technical specifications and the annexes to the letter.
7. Proposals will not be accepted without the file documentation: commercial application (detailed calculation of costs of works).
8. Contract awarding criteria: the availability of the necessary instruments to conduct these activities, quality, schedule, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
9. The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
10. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
