Comments:
1. This competitive procedure at the Supplier's choice is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which is not an offer, auction or tender and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to stop the selection procedure at any time without explaining the reasons, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the delivery of the goods at their own discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. The standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner (s) specified during the Tender Committee meeting, which is conducted by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the electronic trading platform B2B-center.
4. The template of the standard contract is sent by the Organizer to interested potential suppliers upon additional request
5. The participant of this procedure sends the Commercial Offer on the standard form of the Organizer of the procedure.
6. The Organizer / documentation, which does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation of reasons and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant does not comply with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
