1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer in the framework of the request for proposals, which (like the ongoing preliminary selection of the Supplier) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the delivery of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation of reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. The standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner (s) determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is held by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the B2B-center electronic trading platform.
4. The organizer sends a template of a standard contract to interested potential suppliers upon an additional request
5. The participant of this procedure sends a commercial proposal in the standard form of the organizer of the procedure.
6. The Organizer / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Bidder, does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.

The participating company is bound by the confidentiality condition in relation to all data and facts disclosed to him in connection with this procedure, and may disclose this data and facts to third parties only with the written consent of the Tender Organizer.
