Confirmation of compliance of the integrated management system of health protection, occupational safety and environmental protection for compliance with ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standards
Scope of certification: Development and production of electrodes, carbon products and graphite-based heat exchange equipment.
The number of personnel involved in the ISM: 1840 employees.

4.1 First year (2023)
4.1.1 Conducting a Recertification audit:
Assessment of the existing integrated health, occupational safety and environmental management system for compliance with ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standards
4.1.1.1 Preparation of the audit plan.
4.1.1.2 Conducting an audit.
4.1.1.3 Preparation of a report on the results of the recertification audit, containing a list of inconsistencies and audit observations.
4.1.1.4 Issue and issuance of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 certificates
4.2 Second year (2024)
4.2.1 Conducting the 1st supervisory audit.
4.2.1.1 Preparation of the audit plan.
4.2.1.2 Conducting an audit.
4.2.1.3 Preparation of a report containing a list of inconsistencies and audit observations.
4.2.1.4 Provision of a report on the results of the 1st supervisory audit.
4.3 Third year (2025)
4.3.1 Conducting the 2nd supervisory audit.
4.3.1.1 Preparation of the audit plan.
4.3.1.2 Conducting an audit.
4.3.1.3 Preparation of a report containing a list of inconsistencies and audit observations.
4.3.1.4 Provision of a report on the results of the 2nd supervisory audit.
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system:
1. The Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
