-не более 30% от сметной стоимости услуг;
- для прочих контрагентов:
-не более 20% от сметной стоимости услуг.
2. Оплата осуществляется по актам выполненных работ и оказанных услуг за отчетный ме-сяц:
-по подрядчикам, входящим в Холдинг ОАО «Башкирэнерго» в течение 20 рабочих дней месяца, следующего за отчетным;
-по прочим подрядчикам в течение 45 рабочих дней после окончания отчетного месяца.
