2. Delivery of the Contractor’s personnel to the location of the Customer, accommodation and meals should be organized independently at their own expense.
3. Delivery to the place of work to the Customer’s facilities of specialists, equipment, instruments, materials, and vice versa, the Contractor shall arrange independently at his own expense.

Comments: The Contractor undertakes to carry out a range of works within the framework of a special assessment of working conditions and issue a report to the Customer on a special assessment of working conditions, which includes the following results:
- information about the organization conducting a special assessment of working conditions;
- a list of jobs in which a special assessment of working conditions was carried out, indicating harmful and (or) dangerous production factors;
- cards for a special assessment of working conditions containing information on the class (subclass) of working conditions at specific workplaces;
- protocols for assessing the effectiveness of personal protective equipment;
- a summary sheet of the results of the special assessment of working conditions;
- a list of recommended measures to improve the working conditions and labor protection of workers at whose workplaces a special assessment of working conditions was carried out;
- the expert’s opinion of the organization conducting a special assessment of working conditions in terms of assigning working conditions in workplaces according to the degree of hazard and (or) danger to classes (subclasses) of working conditions based on the results of studies (tests) and measurements of harmful and (or) hazardous production factors.
The price in the Commercial Offer must be submitted for the entire scope of work for two legal entities - SIM-Auto Company LLC and RBA-MB
Tender composition:
1. Detailed cost estimate with VAT (20%);
2. The balance sheet for the last reporting period (2018), tax return for the last reporting period.
Essential requirements that must be confirmed by certificates and additional documents:
- The participant company must be entered in the register of organizations that conducts a special assessment of working conditions on the official website of the Ministry of Labor;
- in the organization’s charter documents, special assessment should be indicated as the main activity or one of its activities;
- at least five experts with a certificate of the right to conduct a self-assessment system must work in the organization under an employment contract. At least one expert must have a higher education in the specialty "general hygiene", "occupational hygiene", "sanitary-hygienic laboratory research" (Article 20 of Law No. 426-FZ);
- the organization must have an accredited testing laboratory in the form of a structural unit with the accreditation area "conducting research and measuring harmful and dangerous factors of the production environment and the labor process", as provided for in paragraphs 1-11 and 15-23 of part 3 of Article 13 of Law No. 426-ФЗ.
