Payment terms:The amount of the advance payment from the cost of the upcoming monthly amount of work / services is no more than: 0%.
Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 7-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD (basic conditions). The term of payment under the contract is determined by the Bidder independently and is set in the Contract concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days)
The winner is selected by bringing prices with different payment terms to the same terms using a financial calculator (Appendix 8. "Financial Documents"), taking into account economic feasibility.
For this Call for Bidding, there is support for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). If the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner

НЕОБОСНОВАННЫЙ ОТКАЗ!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе
Отсутствия справки ФНС!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры.
В тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков запроса ценовых предложений НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение.
Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения.
Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке «Файлы, загруженные организатором» после подведения итогов.
