Payment terms:the current payments are paid by the employer at a rate of 95 per cent of the cost of work stages according to the contract referred to in the instruments of acceptance of the executed works in form of COP 2 (Appendix 7) and help about the value of work performed and costs of COP-3 form (Appendix 8), paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing acts of acceptance of works completion of payments under the contract, paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation (acceptance of finished construction project acceptance Committee , form # KS-14).
Delivery terms:starting date is no later than 5 days from the moment of signing the contract. The deadline for the completion of construction and commissioning is no later than 120 days from the date of conclusion of the contract completion date under the Treaty-not later than 130 days from the moment of conclusion of the contract
