Comments:
If you wish, you can register in the solicitation procedure, you must fill in and attach the following documents to the application:
1. Contractor questionnaire
2. List of works (if not previously provided),
3. Agreed timetable for execution of the works.
4. Reference list.
5. Documents marked in List of constituent documents.

All data provided will be used to check on our security services, approval of which would allow us to consider you as a potential service providers and invite you to participate in tenders in priority. The package of documents you must provide once and gives the right to participate in competitions within one calendar year (documents with dates, must be provided, as they are upgraded).

The application is accepted by 12:00 July 18, 2018 year hours (Moscow time).

Documents submitted for consideration at a later date will not be accepted.

Requirements for bidders:
1. Execution of works till 31.10.2018 г.
2. Before serving the commercial offer (after going through the pre-qualification) required site visits.
3. Experience of construction and installation works;
4. Readiness to start work before the conclusion of the Treaty from the date of receipt of the nomination letters
5. Consent to the conclusion of the model contract as amended by LLC "LADA Izhevsk»;
6. Having our own certified and legally operating identity to perform this type of work for staff;
7. Own the material and technical base;
8. Warranty work performed not less than 5 years from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works and/or removing comments. The warranty period of continuous operation of materials and equipment, since the beginning of operation, should be not less than that of the manufacturer.
9. Installed equipment must be Russian certificates of conformity and fire safety certificates. Certificates must be made available to the customer prior to the commencement of work;
10. All work must be performed in accordance with the technical requirements and estimates of LLC "LADA Izhevsk» within a timeframe to be agreed upon by the customer. Before the beginning of works prior to the conclusion of the contract and give signed and agreed timetable.
