The list of works is presented in the Terms of Reference (attached).
Delivery terms:The work performed must not damage the existing architectural structures and engineering systems.
When carrying out dismantling works, all elements of the fire safety systems at the facility (AUPS, SOUE, DU, ASPT, ShPK) must remain in working order. Dismantling of the elements of these systems, partial or complete, is not allowed.
