Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your organization to participate in the preliminary qualification selection of contractors for the formation of a list of participants in the procurement event for the provision of services for construction and installation works on the territory of the Western region by lots:

To participate in the prequalification, the supplier must:
1. To get acquainted with the information on the procurement process of PJSC " VimpelCom "(file "Procurement process").
2. Fill out the QUESTIONNAIRE of the PARTICIPANT of the PROCUREMENT EVENT, providing in PDF format (a scan with the signature of an authorized person).
3. Fill out a questionnaire for financial verification and attach supporting financial documents for 2 reporting years (2019, 2020) with a note from the tax service about the acceptance of documents and the absence of errors (for electronic versions).
4. Get acquainted with the technical tasks and qualification requirements by providing a PDF scan of the qualification questionnaire and scans of supporting documents.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document should be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file;
3. Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.

The package of documents must be attached when responding to this preliminary qualification selection no later than 16-00 (Moscow time) on August 31, 2021 or sent to the e-mail address of the procurement department of the Western Region of PJSC VimpelCom: Tender_NWR@spb.beeline.ru.
