Payment terms:
There is no advance payment, payment is made for work actually performed on the basis of the certificates of delivery- acceptance of the work performed, with a deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days.
The Customer is prepared to consider alternative offers by Participants (including several) in terms of payment arrangements and terms, which will be taken into account when comparing Participants' offers.
Delivery terms:
Quarterly within 12 months from the date of the contract, in accordance with the schedule agreed with the Customer.
Comments: A member of the procurement procedure must comply with the following requirements:
1. No trial by the Participant in the procurement procedure for the amount of claims for the latter exceeding 25% of the Company's equity (confirmed by declaration of conformity the required completion and submission as part of the application form "Procurement Participant's Declaration of Compliance");
2. Failure to liquidate the Procurement Participant - legal entity and no arbitral tribunal award recognizing the procurement participant - legal person or sole proprietor insolvent (bankrupt) and commencement of a competitive proceeding (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the required completion and submission of the form & #171; Procurement Participant's Declaration on Compliance");
3. Non-suspension of a Participant in the procurement procedure in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for the day of application for participation in procurement ( is confirmed by the declaration of compliance by the completion and submission of the form "Procurement Member's Declaration of Conformity to the specified requirements");
4. The Participant's lack of a procurement procedure for arrears on accrued taxes, insurance contributions, fees and other mandatory payments to any level or public budgets extrabudgetary funds for the last completed reporting period, which exceeds 25% of the carrying value of the acquisition participant's assets as per accounting records for the corresponding period. 5. The absence of information about the Procurement Participant in the Register of Unscrupulous Suppliers under Article 5 of Federal Act No. 223-FZ and/or the Register of Unscrupulous Suppliers, under Federal Law No. 44-FZ (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the required completion and submission of the application form "Declaration Participant in the Compliance Procurement Procedure");
6. The absence of, at the time of the purchase, of the court's effective and unenforced decisions concerning the Party's improper performance of procurement obligations under contracts (contracts) for the supply of goods, performance of work, service of the same name to the goods purchased, works, services (confirmed by the declaration of compliance by the completion and submission of the application for participation of the form "Procurement Member's Declaration on Compliance");
7. 9. The Registration Location of the Member is Krasnodar Krai or the Member must have a separate representation/branch in Krasnodar Krai (confirmed by the information from the EGRUL Extract provided in the composition of the application for participation or, if there is a separate representation/branch, a copy of the notice of a separate representation/branch in the tax authority).
14. Participant must certify the availability of qualified manpower for timely and qualitative performance of contractual obligations, trained and trained, including from the manufacturer's firm (confirmed by the personnel certificate provided as part of the application for participation, copies of employment contracts/staff discharge, copies of higher education diplomas specialists, copies of certificates of certified professionals).
Procurement procedure, is an internal procedure for the Company's selection of suppliers and should not be considered as a bidding process in the sense of articles 447 to 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and not is a public competition governed by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Zapolarye Sanatorium reserves the right at any time to refuse to proceed with this Procurement Procedure, change the terms and conditions of this Procurement Procedure, and to refuse to enter into a contract with the Supplier, which is rated best by the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are not reimbursed by the participant in the procurement procedure, the stated costs of Zapolarye Sanatorium LLC are not reimbursed under any circumstances.
