1) Сompliance with the Qualification Requirements
2) Financial stability assessment results
3) Results of evaluation of corporate security in terms of possible cooperation risks.
Participants are supposed to:
1) fill out the Questionnaire (Appendix No. 1) and the Statement of Compliance with the Qualification Requirements (Appendix No. 2) and submit it electronically (XLS) and signed (PDF), complementing the supporting documents specified in the Application.
2) Fill in Appendix No. 5 with primary prices for each Lot of the application (for more details see clause 3.1. Instructions to the participant).
3) fill out the financial reporting form (Appendix # 7) to submit only in electronic form (XLS). To be completed for the last three reporting years.
