We invite you to take part in the request for proposals "Carrying out maintenance, seasonal work, defecation and repair and restoration of boiler equipment, etc. and heating systems"

The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (Competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The request for proposals will be conducted in accordance with the Bid form-specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 3).
The venue of the procedure is the electronic Competitive bidding Process system b2b-center.ru
Participation in this offer collection procedure is free of charge.
The request for proposals procedure will be carried out until September 29, 2023, 15-00 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time in accordance with the extension rules (see clause 3).
A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment on the electronic platform of the final commercial offer following the completion of the procedure, indicating: prices in the currency of the competitive bidding process without VAT.
To participate in the procedure, the Bidder must fill out and attach the following documents by uploading them to the B2B E-Marketplaces:
• Appendix No. 1 – Commercial Proposal form in Excel and PDF electronic format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 2 – Contractual Counterparty card in electronic Excel format
• Appendix No. 4 – Compliance questionnaire in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 6 – Consent to participation in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 9 – Letter of Guarantee in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 2 to the list of ZCH in Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
The organizers of the offer collection procedure reserve the right to rebidding.
X5 Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all bids received.
