Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

To participate in the procurement procedure, the following documents must be reinforced:
1. Commercial offer on the letterhead of the organization indicating the cost of the service.
2. Reference list - experience of the applicant for similar services
3. Balance sheet for the last reporting period.
4. Participation in the tender means the agreement of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract: tax clause and consent to disclosure of trade secrets. These documents are attached to the tender.
