Payment terms:Monthly, within 30 (thirty) banking days after the delivery of the results of the work, provided that the work is performed properly and within the agreed time. The works are considered completed after the Parties sign an Act of Acceptance of the completed works (form KS-2) and a Certificate of the cost of the completed works and costs (form KS-3).
Delivery terms:March-July 2024. The start of work is additionally agreed with the Customer.
