Delivery terms:Delivery of spare parts of any TC to the Customer's warehouse. The shipping cost is included in the cost of spare parts. Lifting equipment is provided by the Customer. All work within the framework of the ongoing TR-2 and replacement of spare parts is carried out by the Contractor.

Comments:
The legality and quality of work on the repair of diesel locomotives of the TGM-40 series must be confirmed by a certificate of conformity
registered in the register of the Voluntary Certification System "FEDERAL
QUALITY SYSTEM".
This Bidding procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.

When submitting an bid for participation, you must attach a company card.
At the conclusion of the contract, it is necessary to provide a package of documents according to the fixed list.
