2. The purpose of the work.
2.1. Performing maintenance work on the refractory lining of the ceiling of the furnace with a hearth roll No. 1 under the supervision of specialists in the supervision of the German company Riedhammer GmbH. 3. The list and scope of work performed.
3.1 During the repair of the furnace, it will be necessary to carry out installation of metal structures and equipment, pipelines, electrical equipment, instrumentation and automation equipment, works on the refractory lining of the ceiling and furnace covers, and other work under the supervision of specialists in the supervision of Riedhammer GmbH.
3.2. Based on the required amount of work, Riedhammer GmbH has developed a schedule for the performance of work indicating the personnel requirements (Appendix: "2019_01_17_assembly timing roof repair CBF # 1").
4. Supply of materials and construction equipment to perform this work.
4.1. Materials, equipment and accessories are supplied by the Customer.
4.2. Materials, equipment and components from the customer’s warehouse to the installation site are delivered by the Contractor.
4.3. Construction and lifting equipment installation equipment, tools and all consumables for them, PPE, necessary for work in accordance with the annexes TA-K 003, TA-K 004, TA-K 005, TA-K 006, TA-K 007, TA- K 008, provided by the performer.
5. Requirements for the Contractor.
5.1. The contractor should have experience in carrying out such work under the guidance of chief installers of foreign companies, provide a reference list with a list of completed work for the competition.
5.2. The contractor must have the necessary production and human qualified resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization. Have certification of the head, engineering and industrial safety workers at the public educational institution and the availability of medical clearance in accordance with Appendix 1. The qualifications of workers and engineers must satisfy the requirements of Riedhammer GmbH (Appendix: TA-K 002).
5.3. The personnel of the contractor must have and use personal protective equipment in accordance with Appendix TA-K 003.
5.4. In the event of comments on the quality of work performed, breach of safety and at the request of the installation supervision of Riedhammer GmbH, the Contractor is obliged to immediately replace workers who do not perform quality work.
5.5. Poorly executed work must be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the installation manager of the Riedhammer GmbH company.
5.6. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object of work, it is necessary for the Contractor's specialists to arrive at the Customer's place of work.
5.8. Prior to the commencement of work, the Contractor must be fully equipped with machinery, equipment and tools in accordance with paragraph 4.3 of this statement of work.
5.9. The Contractor in his quotation indicates the payment procedure and other conditions.
5.10. The placement of workers employed to perform these works is performed by the Contractor or on a contractual basis by the Customer.
6. Terms of work
6.1 Work at the existing enterprise under the supervision of the installation supervisor of Riedhammer GmbH. The business hours are around the clock.
6.2 Work mode:
Monday-Friday: 8: 00-12: 00 and 12: 30-18: 30 hours
Saturday: 8: 00-12: 00 and 13: 00-16: 00 hours
7. Terms of work.
7.1. Work is carried out from 01.10.2020. within 30 calendar days in accordance with the schedule "2019_01_17_assembly timing roof repair CBF # 1" Appendix 1
The list of documents provided in the public health department of the public safety institution and civil defense for the execution of work orders - tolerances for the performance of work by contractors:
1. Copy of Certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work.
2. A copy of the labor safety briefing from the briefing magazine.
3. POR, PPR or RTI
4. Copy of the protocol of certification of workers for labor protection.
5. Copies of certificates of certification of labor protection engineering and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PMG, lifts (towers), in electrical installations, conducting hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work.
6. Medical admission staff.
7. Copies of certificates of gas welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas and electric welders - copies of certification protocols for fire - technical minimum.
Prior to the execution of the admission order, all employees of the contracting organization, including managers, are required to undergo introductory briefings at OOTPBiGO (have a document proving their identity and age). When performing work, all employees must have certified clothing, shoes and other personal protective equipment necessary for performing this type of work.
Note: in the event of the expiration of any document, an admission order is not issued prior to the submission of a new document.

- copy of the certification protocol for labor protection workers;

In case of discrepancies in the information presented in the documents to the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the OH&S service in matters of labor protection and industrial safety in the organization of the Contractor.
The Contractor shall notify the Customer in writing of the fulfillment of all these conditions in writing with all supporting documents attached. Failure to comply with the terms of this paragraph by the Contractor entitles the Customer to prevent the Contractor from performing work, delay in the performance of work in this case is the fault of the Contractor
