2. The purpose of the work.
2.1. Carrying out works on the current repair of the refractory lining of the ceiling of the bogie hearth furnace No. 1 under the supervision of the installation supervision specialists of the German company "Riedhammer GmbH". 3. List and scope of work performed.
3.1 When repairing the furnace, it will be necessary to carry out work on the installation of metal structures and equipment, pipelines, electrical equipment, and instrumentation, work on the refractory lining of the ceiling and furnace lids and other work under the supervision of the installation supervision specialists of the Riedhammer GmbH.
3.2. Based on the required scope of work, Riedhammer GmbH has developed a work schedule with an indication of the need for personnel (attachment: "2019_01_17_assembly timing roof repair CBF # 1").
4. Supply of materials and construction equipment for this work.
4.1. Materials, equipment and components are supplied by the Customer.
4.2. Materials, equipment and components from the customer's warehouse to the installation site are delivered by the Contractor.
4.3. Construction and lifting equipment, assembly equipment, tools and all consumables for them, PPE necessary for work in accordance with the appendices TA-K 003, TA-K 004, TA-K 005, TA-K 006, TA-K 007, TA- By 008, the performer provides.
5. Requirements to the Contractor.
5.1. The contractor must have experience in performing such work under the guidance of the chief installers of foreign firms, submit to the competition a reference list with a list of the work performed.
5.2. The contractor must have the necessary production and human qualified resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization. Have the certification of a manager, engineering technician and workers in industrial safety at the HIF and the presence of a medical clearance in accordance with Appendix 1. The qualifications of workers and engineers must meet the requirements of the company "Riedhammer GmbH" (Appendix: "TA-K 002").
5.3. The contractor's personnel must have and use personal protective equipment in accordance with Appendix TA-K 003.
5.4. In the event of comments on the quality of the work performed, violation of safety standards and at the request of the installation supervision specialists of the company "Riedhammer GmbH", the Contractor is obliged to immediately replace employees who do not perform work with high quality.
5.5. The work performed not of high quality should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to a specialist in the installation supervision of the company "Riedhammer GmbH".
5.6. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object of work, the arrival of the Contractor's specialists to the Customer at the place of work is necessary.
5.8. Before starting work, the Contractor must be fully equipped with machinery, equipment and tools in accordance with clause 4.3 of this TK.
5.9. The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the payment procedure and other conditions.
5.10. The placement of workers employed to perform these works is carried out by the Contractor or on a contractual basis by the Customer.
6. Conditions of work
6.1 Work in an operating company under the supervision of the chief assemblers of the company "Riedhammer GmbH". The enterprise operates around the clock.
6.2 Work execution mode:
Monday-Friday: 8: 00-12: 00 and 12: 30-18: 30
Saturday: 8: 00-12: 00 and 13: 00-16: 00 hours
7. Terms of work.
7.1. The works are being performed from 01.10. within 30 calendar days in accordance with the schedule "2019_01_17_assembly timing roof repair CBF # 1" Appendix 1
The list of documents provided to the OOT PB and GO for the registration of orders - permits for the performance of work by contractors:
1. A copy of the Certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work.
2. A copy of the OSH briefing from the briefing journal.
3. POR, PPR or RTI
4. Copy of the protocol of certification of workers for labor protection.
5. Copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PMGs, lifts (towers), in electrical installations, conducting hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work.
6. Medical clearance of personnel.
7. Copies of certificates of gas electric welders, slingers, crane operators, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders - copies of certification protocols for the fire-technical minimum.
Before the start of registration of the work permit, all employees of the contractor, including managers, are required to undergo induction training at the OTPBiGO (with a document confirming their identity and age). When performing work, all employees must have certified clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment required for performing this type of work.

- copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the H&S service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
The Contractor shall notify the Customer about the fulfillment of all the specified conditions in writing with all supporting documents attached. Failure to comply with the terms of this clause by the Contractor gives the Customer the right not to allow the Contractor to perform the work, the delay in the performance of the work in this case is the Contractor's fault
