12. Characteristics and services.
12.1. Current repair air-conditioning systems (ACS) is a complex of organizational and technical activities of preventive nature in keeping healthy.
12.2. List of air conditioners for the calculation of the cost of maintenance is given in Appendix 2 ("information about air-conditioners OJSC EPM-NJeZ").
12.3. Current air conditioning repairs the customer is performed in the following order:
