Comments: In this event, contractors are selected who will confirm the presence of experience, MTB and readiness to perform work according to the subject of the request. 1) Results of compliance with the Qualification Requirements
2) Financial sustainability assessment results
3) The results of assessing the corporate security unit for the presence / absence of interaction risks.
Participants need:
1) fill out the Questionnaire (Appendix No. 1) and the Statement of Compliance with the Qualification Requirements (Appendix No. 2) and submit them electronically (XLS) and signed (PDF), complementing the supporting documents specified in Appendix No. 2.
2) fill out Appendix No. 4 with primary prices for the entire range of works and submit it only in electronic form (XLS).
3) fill out the financial reporting form (Appendix No. 5) for the last three reporting years and submit it only in electronic form (XLS).
The entire volume of the purchase will be divided into Lots. The number of Lots will be determined based on the analysis of the territorial statements of the participants. Suppliers can apply to any territory of Siberia and the Far East Region. The target is to find a single supplier in Siberia and a single supplier in the Far East.
