In this event, contractors are selected who will confirm the availability of experience, MTB and readiness to perform work according to the subject of the request. All the necessary information and requirements are set out in the Instructions to the participant of the JVCS and its annexes. PJSC VimpelCom reserves the right to determine the winners based on:

1) Results of compliance with the Qualification Requirements
2) Financial stability assessment results
3) The results of assessing the corporate security unit for the presence / absence of interaction risks.

Participants need:
1) fill out the Questionnaire (Appendix No. 1) and the Statement of Compliance with the Qualification Requirements (Appendix No. 2) and submit them electronically (XLS) and signed (PDF), supplementing them with supporting documents specified in Appendix No. 2.
2) fill out Appendix No. 4 with primary prices for the entire range of works for each Lot and submit it only in electronic form (XLS).
3) fill out the financial reporting form (Appendix No. 5) for the last three reporting years and submit it only in electronic form (XLS).

The entire volume will be split into 2 Lots:

1. - Cities of Siberia
2. - Cities of the Far East
