Comments:
Simultaneously with the placement of the offer, the Bidder should attach copies of the statutory documents (see the list in the bid documentation); documents confirming the availability of all necessary valid permits, the availability of a sufficient number of qualified personnel, the availability of a certificate (stamp) for the right to conduct TO-2, TO-3, TR-1 diesel locomotives of the TEM-2 series, TEM-18, as well as the form of the contract in the editorial office of the Bidder. The commercial offer should be accompanied by a cost calculation (estimate) for TO-2, TO-3, TR-1 diesel locomotives of the TEM-2, TEM-18 series with a breakdown of the list of works and materials (spare parts) used in the work.
Proposals for carrying out repairs are accepted both on the territory of the Customer (visiting teams) and on the territory of the Contractor.
One of the important criteria for evaluating the offer is the deferral of payment. The preferred postponement period is 90 (ninety) days from the date of signing the act of completed works.
