Conclusions on the results of the elevator survey – within 15 working days from the date of the survey work;
Certificates based on the results of technical inspection of elevators – within 5 working days from the date.
A record of the technical survey carried out is entered in the elevator passport on the day of the survey.

Comments:
• The Technical and Commercial Proposal must be accompanied by:
• A completed Appendix to the Terms of Reference (cost column);
• Completed Appendix 4 Form 2;
• Completed Appendix 3;
• Completed Appendix 1 Counterparty questionnaire (in WORD format and a scan signed by the head of the organization) with attached scanned copies of documents:
• Certificate of the testing laboratory (center) in the field of conformity assessment of elevators during operation and those that have completed their assigned service life.
• An insurance contract and an organization's liability insurance policy for causing harm to the life, health or property of others.
• Employees must be insured against industrial accidents and occupational diseases.
• Employees of the organization must undergo periodic medical examination.
• A reference list indicating the contacts of Customers able to confirm the quality of the work. Absence of claims from PJSC "Himprom". All additional materials that, at the Bidder's discretion, may characterize his ability to perform work under this terms of reference, and not specified in this terms of reference, may be enclosed in an additional separate folder "Additional".
