Tender assignment:
- development of a mood board for the video of the Citylink Pulkovo showroom - a preview at the concept development stage. All elements are arranged in the form of a collage on one field. Moodboard helps to define the style and direction of the project.
- development of a short scenario plan for a video 60 sec. Description of the action in the video, a description of the general concept from entering the video, the action, to the final part.
- filling in the table "KP_photo + video".
- references of the contractor's completed projects on a similar topic or similar in the planned style.

The organizer of the procurement has the right to refuse to conduct the request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any liability to the participants in the procurement procedure or third parties to whom such an action may cause losses.
