Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Notices) by 21.01.2021 signed by the Participant agreement on non-disclosure of confidential information.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Вместо фразы "Участник закупки предоставляет к коммерческому предложению расчёт стоимости, а также прикладывает смету на оказание услуг, составляемая с применением территориальных единичных расценок, действующих на территории Московской области." считать верным следующую формулировку:
"Участник закупки предоставляет к коммерческому предложению расчёт стоимости, а также прикладывает смету на выполнение работ, составленную в базе ФЭР-2020 с применением индексов изменения сметной стоимости на 3 квартал 2020 год (Нижегородская область).
