Обоснование: Отказ от проведения запроса предложений в электронной форме на право заключения договора на поставку запасных частей и расходных материалов для оргтехники в связи с изменением потребностей Красноярского отделения Сибирского филиала ОАО «ГИПРОСВЯЗЬ» в продукции, являющейся предметом запроса предложений в электронной форме.
Основание: согласно п.17.1 Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг ОАО «ГИПРОСВЯЗЬ» и раздела 14 Закупочной документации Общество вправе отменить процедуру закупки, не являющейся торгами, в любое время ее проведения.
