3. Criteria for selecting the best
Offers: Availability of necessary documents for conducting of the given activity, quality, terms of works, cost, terms of payment, work experience, reviews and/or recommendations from customers.
4. This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest and its holding is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
