11. The purpose of the request for proposals:
Renting premises for canteen catering employees.

12. The basic requirements for the provision of services:
12.1. The timing of the provision of catering services for employees: 01.05.2018 31.12.2018, g. at the customer's site.
12.2. Feeding is carried out in specialized customer premises: pantry plant management, unit No. 4, room dining room no. 14.
12.2.1. Estimated time of delivery points of food:
- pantry plant management-with 10-30 h to 12-00 h. The approximate number of visitors-20-30 people.
- sideboard unit No. 4-with 10-30 h. to 14-00 h. The approximate number of visitors-30-50 people.
- dining room no. 14-c 10-30 h. to 14-00 h. The approximate number of visitors-employees-100 people.
Each of the modes of supply items are determined and adjusted in accordance with the wishes of the customer.
3.2.2. Artist develops a weekly menu with mandatory inclusion in its membership of the minimum of five items, hot meat, fish, dairy, the first dishes, garnishes, salads, beverages, desserts, baking, etc. specifying the name of the dishes, portion weight/quality output in grams, the price per serving.
3.2.3. in addition to the dishes in our kitchen, the executor may trade in manufactured goods: confectionery, juices, water, cigarettes, etc.
3.2.4. the delivery of food and ready meals to implement the Executive forces produced items.
3.2.5. The services provided should comply fully with the requirements of legislation of the Russian Federation with regard to the provision of catering services, services and retailing and food.
3.2.6. Artist specifies options of catering menus, packaging, payment methods and other essential conditions for providing the catering service staff in its offer.
3.2.7. Payment for the catering services in the power points of the customer will be charged for employees of OJSC "EPM-NJeZ» in cash/cashless using cash technology performer.
3.2.8. Welcomes the provision of food services at weekends and on public holidays, in the evening, transfer to the units in the agreed time Parties.
3.2.9. Welcomes the additional maintenance organization workers in the provision of food services in the dining room no. 14 and sideboard unit No. 4 on the terms of lease specified premises with existing production equipment.

These premises are located at: Rostov region, Novocherkassk, aluminium platform. Premises are provided for use as a dining room.

5. requirements to the Executive Director:

5.1. Organizational requirements:

5.2.4. Produces its own and at their own expense, to export food and other industrial waste.
5.2.5. At his own expense and on its own carries out cleaning technology park and ancillary facilities involved in the production process or in ready meals.
5.2.6. The draws for the provision of services by qualified personnel, past medical examination and sanitary passbook at the expense of the contractor.
5.2.7. Artist provides a technological production of maps on dishes.
5.2.8. Monitoring the quality of services provided by the contractor and the customer.

6. Requirements for commercial offer:
6.1. The offer must contain the name of the Organization in the header and footer, Inn/KPP, payment details: Bank name, account numbers in Bank, legal/actual address, contact information for authorized person. KP must be certified by the original signature of an authorized person and sealed with the seal of the organization.
6.2. KP must contain the final offer price (weekly menu), taking into account all discounts and expenses with tax (or without it), the conditions for providing and paying for services, other significant conditions for the conclusion of the contract.
6.3 the CP proposal must contain the value of the rent, while respecting the basic requirements for the provision of services specified in clause 3 of this TK.
