Payment terms:
It is preferable to pay 100% on the fact of services rendered with a deferred payment of 60 calendar days (ready to consider the contractor's proposal).
Comments: 1. The submitted proposal must consist of two parts – technical (Form for submitting a technical bid) and commercial (Form for submitting a commercial proposal), certified by the signature of the supervisor with an imprint of the seal. The list and composition of works must be indicated in the technical part and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.).
2. The offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If the data in the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site do not match, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected.
3. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.
4. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
5. In accordance with the policy of Ural Steel JSC on industrial safety, companies that have passed accreditation No. 396 "General accreditation" and 645 "Questionnaire on labor protection and industrial Safety" are allowed to perform work on the territory of enterprises.
