When delivering products, the Supplier is obliged to provide a set of documents, including: originals of the invoice, waybill, waybill (TTN), railway receipts for the acceptance of goods for transportation, quality passport (certificate) in accordance with the requirements of ND; if necessary, a certificate of conformity according to the GOST R certification system, permission to use GOST R, hygienic, environmental certificates and others, if these products are subject to the specified type of certification according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, the standard of the enterprise by which the products are delivered (TU, STP, etc. P.).
The supplier guarantees the quality of the supplied products in accordance with the applicable standards approved for this type of product. The supplier guarantees that the products are new, not restored and have not been previously used.
Packaging, if any, should ensure complete safety and protect products from damage during transportation and storage in accordance with applicable regulations.
Comments: Attention PARTICIPANTS request for proposals!
1. The participant in the request for proposals must be the manufacturer or is the official dealer (representative) of the manufacturer. The dealer (representative) must submit documents confirming the status of the supplier as the official dealer (representative) of the manufacturer with all the warranty obligations of the manufacturer.
2. The participant in the request for proposals must have the necessary professional knowledge and experience, have the resource capabilities (financial, logistical, industrial, labor), managerial competence, and a positive reputation.
3. The participant in the request for proposals should not have losses for the last fiscal year and quarter (Form No. 2 "Profit and Loss Statement").
4. The participant in the request for proposals should not have a decision to suspend the activities adopted in the manner prescribed by the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses on the day of consideration of the Offer to participate in competitive negotiations.
5. The participant in the request for proposals should not have arrears of accrued taxes, fees and other obligatory payments to the budgets of any level or state extra-budgetary funds for past, completed reporting periods.
6. The participant in the request for proposals must have full legal capacity to conclude and execute the Agreement.
7. The participant in the request for proposals should not be insolvent or bankrupt, be in the process of liquidation. The economic activity of the participant should not be suspended.
8. The participant must indicate the manufacturer of the goods, as well as documentary evidence of this (by providing copies of the technical documentation for the products - technical passports, certificates of conformity with appropriate confirmation of product labeling).
9. The participant must indicate in the commercial proposal the actual delivery time (highlighting it in a separate column for each item).
10. The participant must indicate in the commercial proposal the validity of the proposal.
11. For participants in the request for proposals having a contractual relationship with JSC Moskoks, it is mandatory to upload documents strictly according to the List (attached);

2. A copy of the current edition of the charter, signed by the head and sealed with the seal of the organization (be sure to put the date at the time of certification of the copy of the charter on the title page);
3. Copy of certificate of registration of legal entity;
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (not older than one month from the date of submission);
5. Copy of tax registration certificate;
6. Information on legal proceedings in which the Participant (was) involved as a defendant for the last year;
7. Certificate of personnel and production opportunities;
8. Information on the availability of claims and orders from the supervisory authorities for the last year (or the absence thereof);
9. Certificate from tax authorities on the presence / absence of tax arrears;
10. Copies of documents confirming the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (order of appointment and minutes of the meeting of authorized bodies on election (appointment));
11. A copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign if the documents are signed by the representative by proxy;
12. Consent to the processing of personal data of the participant’s employees, the contact information of which is indicated in the Offer
13. a copy of the decision on consent to a major transaction (if required in accordance with the charter documents of the Participant and the legislation), or (if the transaction according to the law is not large for the Participant) - a certificate (letter) in any form, which should indicate that such approval is not required, with reasons;
14. a copy of the decision on consent to conclude a transaction with an interest (if required in accordance with the charter documents of the Participant and the legislation), or (if the transaction according to the legislation is not an interested party transaction for the Participant) - a reference (letter) in any a form in which it should be indicated that such approval is not required, indicating the reasons;
15. copy of the agreement defining the rights and obligations of organizations, establishing a leading organization in relations with the customer and joint liability of organizations for the timely and full implementation of the Agreement (provided only by collective Participants)
16. Forms of annual financial statements for three years of activity with an audit report (if there are requirements for an audit in accordance with the law), balance sheet and income statement for the last reporting period with a note from the tax authority;
17. copies of balances together with profit and loss statements with a tax inspection mark for three years of activity and for the last reporting period
18. The participant in the request for proposals has the right to contact the organizer of the procurement procedure with questions about clarification of the request for proposals, as well as to receive exhaustive information from the organizer on the conditions and procedure for the procurement (with the exception of information that is confidential or constitutes a trade secret).
19. The participant in the request for proposals has the right to contact the organizer with a proposal to extend the deadline for submitting applications.
20. Any legal or natural person, or an association of these persons, capable of legally supplying products and performing the required work, can participate in the request for proposals process.
The organizer notifies the winner of the tender in one of the ways about the results of the request for proposals: by letter (fax); by email; by phone.
The organizer reserves the right to choose the method of notification.
The organizer reserves the right not to explain to the other participants of the request for proposals its results.
The winner shall be sent a proposal to conclude a contract within three days.
