The procurement participant must attach to the application a quotation and application form with the telephone numbers of the contact persons.
The winner among the participants will be recognized the organization that has offered the best conditions for payment, delivery and deadlines for the execution of the application.
The agreement will provide for the possibility of adjusting the range and volume of purchases:
- downward to 20%
- upwards to 30%
