Important: 1. Partial volume offers are accepted. In the Commercial Proposal, specify the proposed volume of items.
2. The price IN RUBLES IS accepted, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT TRANSPORTATION COSTS AND A DELAY OF 60 DAYS!!! The Bidding procedure is carried out in one stage, in which rebidding is not planned and will not be carried out, therefore we ask Bidders to make a bid with the maximum possible discounts or to go down in price, focusing on the rank of the price and place a bet on price reduction.
3. This volume is indicated for July - December 2024, according to the attached bid.
4. . Certificate of conformity, quality certificate, safety data sheet, dealer certificates - required.
5. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
