Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment is made with a deferred payment within 30 banking days after delivery of the products to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse at the expense of the Supplier.
Comments: This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the Supplier's ability to independently fulfill delivery obligations, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attached copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the availability of property or on a right of lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tool / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
