Payment terms:
Payment within 90 days from the date of receipt of the goods to the warehouse of the Buyer (in addition we are ready to discuss the terms of payment) (ZapSibNeftekhim (Russia, 626150, Tyumen region, Tobolsk, industrial zone, ZapSibNeftekhim)
Comments: The price should include delivery to the facility in Tobolsk.
TMCs must be certified and have passports.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (clarification requests).
2. To its proposals in electronic form, participants of this procedure MUST, prior to opening envelopes, attach the applicant's Application Form and documents in accordance with the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. If the participant fails to fulfill or improperly performs the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
GSI SNEMA LLC reserves the right not to inform tender participants about its results except for the winner, to cancel the tender or its results, and to exclude any of the tenderer without an explanation of the reason. Submitting a technical-commercial proposal implies acceptance of the terms of the tender.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
