Payment terms:

Delivery terms:
Delivery is performed within 10 calendar days of road transport provider. Shipping costs are included in the price of the lot. Products must be labelled and packed in packaging that ensures the safety of products during transportation and storage, according to GOST, OST and TU. Packaging (packaging) are non-refundable.

2. winner of the request for proposals will be selected by the participant who proposes the together the best technical and economical conditions in accordance with this notice.

4. After the end of trading in b2b-Mechel participants give sentence with the last price electronically at the e-mail: O.I.Holina@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-03-94 during 1 (one) working day since the end of the submission of proposals.
