Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment of the product value specified in the specification shall be made after the documentary confirmation of delivery by the Executor and acceptance by the Customer of the delivered products in accordance with section IV of this Contract, within 45 days from the date Signing of the consignment note by the Parties on the basis of the original invoice for payment, the invoice received from the Executor.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:
Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
