Payment terms:The price of the Item includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer by payment order to the Supplier's current account upon the Supplier's full fulfillment of obligations within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Product Supplier and the full set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, invoice, invoice, copy of quality certificates or technical passports. This excludes the application of the terms of Article 317.1. of the Russian Civil Code.
