The delivery period of the MTR is until 10/30/2022.
5. Information about the initial (maximum) price of the contract (lot price):
The initial (maximum) price of the lot is rubles, including VAT and transportation costs for the delivery of MTR.

6. The procedure for forming the contract price (lot price) (including or excluding transportation costs, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other mandatory payments): Taking into account transportation costs for the delivery of MTR.
7. The requirements established by the customer for the quality, technical characteristics of the goods, work, services, their safety, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, the size, packaging, shipment of the goods, the results of work and other requirements related to determining the conformity of the supplied goods, work performed, services provided to the needs of the customer;
8. Requirements for procurement participants:
Absence of unscrupulous suppliers in the register. Absence of arrears on taxes and fees for the reporting period. Absence of liquidation, bankruptcy, suspension of activity.
9. List of necessary licenses, certificates, permits for the right to work:
1. Quality certificates according to GOST 23118-2019 (Appendix B),
2. Quality certificates for the MTR used.
10. Special conditions for the delivery of goods, performance of works, provision of services.
10.1 The Supplier notifies the Buyer in writing, no later than 5 (five) calendar days in advance, with the provision of a photo report, of the readiness to conduct a preliminary acceptance of the completed works of each stage. The Buyer, in turn, within 3 (three) calendar days notifies the Supplier of the decision and, if necessary, sends his representative to the manufacturer for direct acceptance of each stage of the work performed by representatives of the parties, except for the development and approval of the KMD:
10.2 Stages of work:
Stage No. 1: Development and approval of KMD (send to electr. mail ooogeoinform@bk.ru , kas02051981@mail.ru ).
Stage No. 2: Manufacturing of collapsible metal structures by welding in sections (it is necessary to take into account the requirement of clause 14 design solution G.3.0000.21096-TSIB/GTR=500.219.1-3-KM, sheet 1)
Stage No. 3:
a) Technological process of protection of steel structures from corrosion (sandblasting of surfaces of metal structures (Sa 2,5 GOST R ISO 8501-1-2014).
b) Dedusting (surface dedusting class 2 (ISO 8502-3)).
c) Degreasing, degree of degreasing 1 (GOST 9.402-2004).
Work on corrosion protection of metal structures should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of RD-23.040.00-LTN-088-14.
The quality of the paintwork must comply with class IV according to GOST 9.032-74.
Paint all metal structures with an anti-corrosion coating AKP C4 (II) UHL1 in accordance with OTT-25.220.01-KTN-097-16.
Use a primer layer "SK-PUR" with a coating thickness of one layer of 120 microns., a coating layer of Enamel "SK-PUR" with a coating thickness of one layer of 80 microns. The total thickness of the coating of metal structures is not less than 200 microns and not more than 400 microns.
The color of the PMS-24 searchlight masts is an alternation of red (RAL 3020) and white (RAL 9003) zones of anti-corrosion coating of metal structures. The size of the red and white zones is 5 m. The alternation of zones begins with the red zone, starting from the top of the mast. The lower zone of the mast, if its height is less than 3 m, is painted in the color of the zone located above it. The rod of the lightning receiver is painted white (RAL 9003). The mast service areas are painted red (RAL 3020). Stairs are painted red and white in accordance with the color of the mast.
Lattice flooring, galvanized from a sheet of 3 mm and a cell of no more than 40 mm GOST 27772-2015 C245 provided for hot-dip galvanizing service sites with a thickness of at least 50 microns, with a snow tooth C4.
10.3 Control assembly of searchlight masts MPS-24 and lightning rod MS-31.7 at the manufacturing site of the manufacturer according to Customer's requirement.
11. Materials, documentation submitted by the Customer:
Design drawings.
12. List of submitted documents based on the results of the work
The supplier submits no later than the 5th day of the month following the reporting one:
- an invoice for payment of the delivered MTR,
- invoice for delivered MTR,
- consignment note TORG-12 for delivered MTR.
