Payment terms:Payment by transfer of funds to the current account of the Supplier on the first Thursday after 45-60 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the received invoice. Other forms of payment are possible if agreed by the Parties.

In case the Products are delivered within 10 (ten) days following delivery deadline date the Products price shall decrease by 10%. In case the Products are delivered after expiration of 10 (ten) days following delivery deadline date, the Products price shall decrease by 30%.
Delivery terms:Delivery of products is carried out by means and at the expense of the Supplier by road transport to the Buyer's warehouse located at: Tolyatti, Novoozvodskaya str., 8. The products shall be delivered in the packaging securing the products during transportation.
