Delivery by motor transport, railway transport by the supplier according to the buyer's schedule. The delivery period is from June 15 to July 31, 2023.

Volume 2,000 tons, delivery period: from June 15- July 31, 2023. Prices must be given with VAT and delivery by railway/motor transport to OOO Rusagro-Primorye Primorsky Krai, Mikhailovka village, Leninskaya str., 2 or OOO Primorskaya Soy, Primorsky Krai, Ussuriysk, Volochaevskaya str., 120.
In the commercial offer, it is necessary to specify: the delivery period, the validity period of the offer. Deferred payment for at least 5 calendar days. (Accompanying documents for the goods: veterinary certificate, quarantine certificate, declaration of conformity, TTN, quality certificate).
Only KP received on ETP are considered.
Participation in the auction implies the fulfillment of all the conditions specified in this procedure. Please attach the documents confirming the quality: Certificate/declaration of conformity, quality certificate issued by the manufacturer, etc. This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender and does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier. If several offers indicate the same lowest price per Lot, the bidder whose price offer was received earlier than other offers is recognized as the winner of the electronic auction, other things being equal.
If the applicant for technical reasons or some other (problems in the power supply, power surges, lack of Internet, employees on a business trip) could not put up a com. offer on the electronic platform, his com. offers by e-mail will not be accepted. Only KP received on ETP are considered.
