Volume of 5,000 tons, delivery period: October-December 2023. Prices must be given with VAT and delivery by rail/motor transport to LLC Rusagro-Primorye Primorsky Krai, Mikhailovka village, Leninskaya str., 2 or LLC Primorskaya Soy, Primorsky Krai, Ussuriysk, Volochaevskaya str., 120.
In the commercial offer it is necessary to specify: delivery time, offer validity period. Deferred payment for at least 5 banking days. (Accompanying documents for the goods: veterinary certificate, quarantine certificate, declaration of conformity, TTN, quality certificate).
Only Commercial Proposals obtained on E-Marketplaces are considered.
Participation in the competitive bidding process implies the fulfillment of all conditions specified in this procedure. Please attach documents confirming the quality: Certificate/declaration of conformity, quality certificate issued by the manufacturer, etc. This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender and does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier. If several offers indicate the same lowest price per Lot, the bidder whose price offer was received earlier than other offers, all other things being equal, is recognized as the winner of the electronic Competitive bidding process.
In the event that the applicant for technical reasons or some other (problems in power supply, power surges, lack of Internet, employees on a business trip) could not submit a com. offer on the electronic platform, his com. offers by e-mail will not be accepted. Only Commercial Proposals obtained on E-Marketplaces are considered.
