Payment terms:
30% (thirty percent) of the price of Poland, PHP, paid no later than 10 (ten) calendar days before the date of commencement of the Services, subject to the provision of the following documents by the Contractor:
(a) copies of the Contractor’s account for the above amount, signed by the authorized representative of the Contractor and certified by the stamp of the Contractor;
(b) The guarantee of return of the advance payment (TOP-10 bank) issued in favor of the Customer, with the expiry date not earlier than 35 (thirty-five) calendar days after the date of signing by the Parties of the Services Acceptance Act. The bank guarantee is transferred to the Customer in the form of an authenticated electronic message sent via the SWIFT telecommunication system, which is an analogue of a paper document signed by authorized representatives of the Guarantor Bank.
(c) 70% (seventy percent) of the price of the NDP and PHP Services are paid within 35 (thirty five) calendar days after the Parties sign the Act of acceptance of the NDP and PHP services, subject to the following documents provided by the Contractor:
(d) copies of the Contractor’s account for the above amount, signed by the authorized representative of the Contractor and certified by the stamp of the Contractor;
(e) the original Service Acceptance Act
