Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Term of payment for goods is no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the buyer of the product. The proposals contain a respite over 30 days, are valued at the maximum possible date-30 days
Delivery terms:1. Production date not earlier than one year before the date of delivery. 2. New products not previously used. 3. Required delivery date not later than 25.12.2017, with the right to early delivery as agreed with the buyer. 4. Coating products-primer GF-021 in two layers. 5. The shell valves and valve steel St3 GOST 380-2005 (St3kp, St 3kp, St 3SP). 6. Product warranty is 12 months from the date of commissioning. 7. At the time of delivery of the products to provide a passport. 8. Fixing prices for the whole period of delivery. 9. Products subject to the input control.
