Payment works under this agreement may be effected by the customer through the transfer of Contractor bills. Transfer of bills of Exchange is carried out on the Act of acceptance. Since the transfer of bills the customer shall be deemed discharged its obligation to pay for the work.

Delivery terms:
1) Work performance term-2 weeks (since the signing of the contract)
2. Certification of ENGINEERS and artists on the industrial safety of hazardous production facilities.
3. The warranty period of 24 months.
4. The contractor must perform the work in-house. Involvement of third parties is allowed only with prior written permission of the customer.
Aiming to offer (offer) the Contractor warrants that it is a bona fide tax payer. At the request of the customer, the contractor must provide tax statements for the most recent reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
If tax reporting is missing or does not allow to verify with reasonable confidence in the integrity of the contractor, the customer may request other documents, confirming the possibility of Independent Contractor execution the works, including but not limited to: excerpt from the staffing with copies of contracts of employment of persons employed to perform work, information about the availability of the property or to lease: offices, warehouses, industrial premises, equipment, tools, vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the customer has the right to reject the proposal (the offer).
Comments: 1. Party taking part in the procedure (that offer) before the expiry of the deadline, you must grant the estimated calculation to perform work.
2. this request is not a competition notice (public competition) or public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE, art. 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
