The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Notes:
1. To participate in the selection, you must attach a commercial offer;
2. The cost must be confirmed by calculations based on estimates;
3. The offer must be readable, in PDF format with the signature and seal of the company;
4. When calculating a commercial proposal, it is allowed to replace materials with materials of similar characteristics;
5. Defining indicators of the tender: the cost of work, the amount of advance payment, the deadline for the completion of work.
6. Mandatory field visit to verify the amount of work performed. Visiting time from 09:30 to 17:30 every day except weekends, you must write a letter or call in advance.
