Comments:
This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (like the procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and is not regulated . 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to stop the selection procedure at any time without explaining the reasons, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the supply of the specified quantity of the goods at its discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. The standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner (s) specified during the Tender Committee meeting, which is conducted by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the electronic trading platform B2B-center.
4. The template of the standard contract is sent by the Organizer to interested potential suppliers upon additional request
5. The participant of this procedure sends the Commercial Offer on the standard form of the Organizer of the procedure.
6. The Organizer / documentation, which does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation of reasons and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant does not comply with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Proposals of participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed by an electronic digital signature (in the grace period until March 2018 is not required).

7. Obligatory visit by the contractor of the enterprise for specification of the volume of works performed, technical conditions.
8 Work with a participating company can be continued only if the Organizer of the tender receives all the required information and copies of documents (see para. List of necessary documents for participation in the tender).
9. OOO Rusagro-Center reserves the right to review the result of electronic trading in the event of a change in the market situation.
A participating company must treat the data transmitted under this Invitation as confidential information. A member company is bound by the condition of confidentiality with respect to all data and facts disclosed to it in connection with this procedure and can disclose these data and facts to third parties only with the written consent of the Tender Organizer.
