This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Требования к заявке участника:Участнику закупки необходимо приложить к заявке следующие документы:
1) коммерческое предложение (оферту) по форме Приложения №1 с приложением сметно-финансового расчета;
2) заполненную анкету по форме Приложения №2;
3) учредительные и бухгалтерские документы в соответствии с перечнем, указанным в Приложении №3;
4) референс-лист по реализованным за последние 3 года договорам оказания услуг, аналогичных предмету закупки.
ВАЖНО: коммерческое предложение и анкета (Приложения №1 и №2) должны быть представлены как в виде сканов подписанных уполномоченным представителем организации и заверенных печатью документов, так и в редактируемом формате в виде файлов Excel и Word.
Внимание:Расчеты по договору осуществляются с использованием расчетных счетов, открытых Сторонами в АКБ "Ланта-Банк" (АО). В целях выполнения указанного требования Участник закупочной процедуры "запрос предложений", признанный победителем, обязан в течение 5 (пяти) дней с даты завершения запроса предложений открыть расчетный счет в АКБ "Ланта-Банк" (АО) для целей проведения платежей по договору, в отношении заключения которого проводился запрос предложений.
